CROWLEY COUNTY – A notice sent out to families Thursday afternoon informed them school’s off in Crowley County on Friday due to a main water line break.
All of the schools in the district are located along Main Street in Crowley . The closure impacts Crowley County Ward Middle School, Crowley County Elementary School, and Crowley County High School.
The district operates on a 4-day work week with no classes on Monday, making this a short week for students and staff.
If you need to make plans for Friday keep in mind it will not be as nice outside as today. The First Alert 5 Weather Team has a high of 48 degrees and a low of 25 degrees with showers early in the morning, sustained winds of 25 mph and wind gusts over 40 mph.
