PUEBLO – Pueblo Police said they’ve arrested a woman who was wanted for attempted homicide and a parole violation Thursday morning.
Police announced they arrested Holly Moreno, who was wanted on a no bond warrant in connection to a shooting that left a cyclist injured last August.
Officers executed a warrant in the 1800 block of Spruce to look for a woman wanted for two felony warrants. When they arrived, they found Moreno along with the other suspect.
Police said Moreno was with Joshua Leee Howard when he shot a man riding a bicycle on E. Evans Street on Aug. 13. Howard was arrested in October.
Moreno was also wanted for a parole violation involving dangerous drugs.
During the bust, police also recovered a stolen car. The other woman arrested during the search has not yet been identified.
