CANON CITY – Despite the snow and the bitter cold temperatures, Cañon City is still planning on doing their New Year’s fireworks tonight.
Crews have been working to get everything set up on Monday and Skyline Drive is closed while they get everything put together. It will remain closed for the time being.
Just a reminder with the snow falling that roads will be icy so give yourself some extra time to get where you need to go.
