EL PASO COUNTY – Human remains recently discovered in El Paso County have been identified as missing hiker, Kevin Rudnicki.
The morning of Dec. 12th, Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a remote are near Balanced Rock Road and Forest Service Road 332.
When deputies arrived on scene, they located skeletal remains.
The El Paso County Coroner identified the remains as 20-year-old missing hiker Kevin Rudnicki.
The Sheriff’s Office said the cause and manner of death will be determined by the Coroner’s Office once they have received all the information they need to make a ruling.
