15-vehicle accident on I-70 in Denver

COLORADO SPRINGS – Snow is starting to stick to the roadways across Colorado Springs and it is causing some rough conditions for drivers.

I-25 is wet and slushy for the most part through the Springs, but some of the higher elevated portions are icing over. Highway 24 through Woodland Park is snowpacked and icy.  Several accidents have occurred in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, but bigger problems exist in the Denver Metro area.

15-cars and trucks involved in a huge wreck closed WB I-70 at Colorado Blvd. on the north side of Denver. If you have a flight out of Denver International Airport through the day, you may want to contact your airline to check on delays. You can also check here.

No delays are being reported at the Colorado Springs airport, but you can check for delays here.
