CSPD asking for public’s help in homicide investigation

COLORADO SPRINGS – The woman found dead this week in a Colorado Springs field has been identified.

The El Paso County Coroner’s Office said 24-year-old Jacquiline Wilde was found dead in a field west of the 3700 block of Astrozon Blvd. on Tuesday.

The cause of death was not released and police tell News 5 this continues to be an active investigation.

Detectives with the homicide unit are seeking assistance from the public in the investigation.
