COLORADO SPRINGS – Police are investigating a suspicious death late Friday morning in southeast Colorado Springs.
Police said a woman was found dead early Friday morning by someone she knows. Police said the circumstances surrounding the death are suspicious, but no other details have been released.
The scene is located in the Summit Creek apartments off of Chelton Road, which is east of the intersection of Academy and Chelton.
News 5’s Bill Folsom is at the scene. He said he saw the CSPD mobile crime lab in the parking lot outside one of the buildings.
