FOUNTAIN – Fountain Police announced they arrested two people in connection to several recent vehicle break-ins around Fountain.
Police said they arrested 22-year-old Scott Fowler and 21-year-old Hannah Lacasse, following tips about their identity.
Fowler and Lacasse were found and arrested in southeast Colorado Springs. They both face charges of first-degree criminal trespass.
