COLORADO SPRINGS – A power outage on the northeast side of Colorado Springs affected more than 3,500 customers living along Woodmen Rd. Tuesday morning.

Colorado Springs Utilities says Service anticipated power to be restored by 9:30 a.m. They were just ten minutes off as all service was back up by 9:40 a.m.
