COLORADO SPRINGS – A 28-year old man is facing numerous charges after he was involved in a two-car accident on Saturday at 8th and Cimarron.
After the crash, he ran off and confronted a bystander with a baseball bat that he had hidden in his pants. After an extensive search, Jackson Reynolds was found inside of an office supply store. Police chased Reynolds through the store and when he attempted to head out the front door of the business, he was caught by an employee.
The employee held Reynolds until the officers in the store caught up. Reynolds was arrested for Motor Vehicle Theft, Hit & Run and various traffic-related offenses.
No one was injured in the accident or during the chase and arrest.
