Police asking for help to find suspect in fatal shooting of Army captain

COLORADO SPRINGS –  Police are asking for information into a fatal shooting of an Army Captain early Saturday morning in downtown Colorado Springs.

Police said 28-year-old Daniel Chamberlain Lehman was shot and killed sometime between 1:55 a.m. and 2 a.m. Saturday morning at the intersection of S. Nevada Avenue and Costilla Street.

Officers said Captain Lehman was a West Point graduate and was stationed at Fort Carson.
