GREELEY – The grieving family of a little boy who was killed in a Labor Day parade accident in northern Colorado is saying goodbye today.
A funeral for 8-year-old Brycen Zerby will be held in Greeley later this afternoon.
Brycen was riding on his church’s float in Windsor”s Labor Day parade on Monday when he fell off of the float and then was run over by it.
On Thursday, Brycen’s parents released a video statement thanking the community for the support they’ve received during this time.
They say their faith in God is getting them through.
Brycen will be buried Saturday morning at Lakeside Cemetery in Cañon City.
