WELD COUNTY – A Weld County Sheriff’s deputy was injured Wednesday night in an officer-involved shooting.
The condition of the deputy and details about what led up to the shooting have not yet been released.
As of 10:32 p.m., Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams was traveling to the hospital to check on the deputy.
The Weld County Government Facebook page asked people to keep the deputy, family and the entire sheriff’s office in their prayers.
