COLORADO SPRINGS — School District 49 confirms to News5 that a student who was on campus at Odyssey Elementary has tested positive for COVID-19.
All students in D49 are currently e-learning, but the student was at the school for orientation.
The contact tracing process has already started for anyone who may have had close contact with that person.
The school's custodial staff is working to deep clean and disinfect the building and any affected areas.
