DENVER – Fast-food chain Carl’s Jr. announced it will roll out a CBD-infused burger at one Denver restaurant on Saturday.
The burger, called the “Rocky Mountain High Cheeseburger Delight,” will only be available at the Denver location at 4050 Colorado Boulevard for one day only.
Carl’s Jr.’s Santa Fe sauce will be infused with CBD oil, which will be featured on the burger along with two beef patties with pickled jalapeños, pepper jack cheese and waffle fries.
If you’re expecting to get high after eating it, the sauce is not psychoactive. Carl’s Jr. will be the first national fast-food chain to test CBD products.
You probably already guessed this, but the burger will cost $4.20.
