Your weekly ski report for the week ending Sunday, February 17, includes chills and thrills.

Headlines include previous snow, future snow and some wind! Here’s a look at the latest ski conditions…

Another half-foot or more fell over the mountains Thursday. We’re expecting several more inches to fall Saturday, making it tempting to head out this Valentines weekend. Flurries Friday & Sunday are an afterthought, just decorative. But it will be breezy, all weekend long.

Almost across the board, resorts are sporting bases of 50 or 60 inches. So this is prime time! Specifically, Monarch and Loveland are in great shape, between 54-58, Keystone & Breck..not far behind, at 48-58″.

The forecast for Monarch and Loveland includes flurries Friday and Sunday, with accumulating snow Saturday. Forecast highs chill down from the mid-20s to the low teens, so, pack the heavy gloves & heavy coat!

In Keystone and Breckenridge, flurries for Friday & Sunday here too, snowy Saturday, and breezy throughout….and highs at base camp…lower 30s to lower 20s & teens.

That’s your ski report for the week ending Sunday, February 17!
