Skiers and snowboarders in Colorado should continue to enjoy the great start to 2019 with packed powder and deep bases at numerous resorts.
Resorts and ski areas in southwest Colorado were big winners from the storm earlier this week. Wolf Creek received a total of 34 inches from the storm earlier this week. The storm also spread the love around to mountains in the central part of the state, giving Crested Butte and Aspen some fresh powder earlier in the week.
Conditions for Saturday will be sunny at many of the mountains on the I-70 corridor, but more light snow enters the forecast on Sunday. If you’re looking to ski or ride on a little bit of fresh powder, Sunday is your best bet.
