COLORADO SPRINGS — Students with The Vanguard school’s award-winning rocketry club showcased their skills this week.
Students have been working for months to develop and write code, install circuit boards and are now working on sending their rockets into the skies.
The team hopes to continue their winning ways. Last year The Vanguard school was 1 out of 3 Colorado schools to qualify nationally and was also nationally awarded as having the Most Innovative Mission Approach.
There are more than a dozen high school and middle school student involved with this ambitious club.
