DENVER – Coloradans will have plenty of options when it comes for things to do this weekend, but one reigns supreme for beer lovers.
The Great American Beer Fest kicked off Thursday in Denver, and it features 4,000 beers from 800 breweries around the U.S.
The event is exceedingly popular, and no tickets are available on the festival’s website. Some tickets are being sold on StubHub and other ticket websites, but they’ll likely be higher in price than the $85 day ticket for Sunday and the $70 ticket for Saturday.
The event attracts about 62,000 people to the Colorado Convention Center, and has grown considerably since the first event in 1982 in Boulder.
The festival will be open during the following times:
Thursday, September 20 | 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm |
Friday, September 21 | 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm |
Saturday, September 22 Members Only Session | 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm |
Saturday, September 22 | 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm |
