Moose is Loose Fest
The Moose is loose in Woodland park. Businesses around Woodland Park will have sales, specials, promotions, and their lowest prices of the year for The Moose Is Loose event, going on through February 24th. This community event is free with fun activities to go along with the sales for a great day in the city above the clouds. Find more information here.
Yesterday, a Beatles Tribute band based in Las Vegas, will make a trip to Colorado Springs this Saturday. They will perform one show featuring the best of The Beatles at Stargazers Theatre at 8 pm. If you’re planning a wedding, you can find everything you need at the 2019 Bridal Expo at the Pueblo Convention Center this Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm. The free event will feature wedding professionals to guide you to the perfect gown, venue, invites, photographer, and every detail that goes into planning a wedding. There will also be a fashion show, DJ, prizes, and giveaways. Find more information here.
This is the last weekend to check out the Cripple Creek Ice Festival. You’ll find sculptors finishing up their works of art, interactive sculptures, an ice slide, an ice maze, carnival games, vendors, live music, and even an ice bar for the adults. Everything will be going on along Bennett Avenue all weekend long. The sculptures will stay up longer, weather permitting. Find more information here.
