Saturday Night Forecast; High and Dry through Sunday

and last updated

Summary: We have an even nicer day coming Sunday, with temps warming up some 15 degrees over Saturday. It lingers into Monday, when a repeat performance comes Monday PM into Tuesday AM. As I’ve mentioned before, whatever you saw from Friday, this appears a bit stronger. So, expect weather to fade from bright & warm Monday through midday, to quick rain, but going fast to snow and wind, in the evening, and wreaking some havoc Monday night through early Tuesday morning. Again, it’s NOT about accumulations for most of us, it’s the white-outs and rapidly changing conditions. There will be SOME accumulation, especially Woodland Park, Monument, Black Forest areas, but that’s a secondary issue to sideways snow…lowered visibility…rapidly falling temps, etc. It ends early Tuesday.

COLORADO SPRINGS:  Low – 25, High – 57.  Fair and chilly tonight. Sunny & much warmer Sunday.

PUEBLO: Low – 22, High – 62. Fair and chilly tonight. Sunny & much warmer Sunday.
