(PUEBLO) – You can have a chance to win a rare pickup truck while helping law enforcement stay safe on the job.

Shield 616, the Colorado Springs nonprofit raising money for ballistic vests, helmets, and trauma kits for first responders, is partnering with Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills and the Westside Fraternal Order of Eagles. They are raffling off a black 2019 Shelby Baja Raptor F-150 pick-up truck, valued at $140,000. It’s the only truck of its kind in the state, according to a Phil Long Ford spokesperson. Tickets are $100 each. The money raised goes directly to buy protective kits for Pueblo police and Pueblo County sheriff’s deputies.

”That would make a big dent down in Pueblo,” says Shield 616 founder Jake Skifstad. “We actually need to raise over 400 vests for those two agencies, but if we were able to do 75 to 100 of them, that would make a huge dent.”

Only 2,500 tickets will be sold. The winner will be announced June 16th.

Tickets can be purchased at Phil Long Ford at Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs and the Westside Fraternal Order of Eagles. They will also be made available on Shield 616’s website.
