PUEBLO – Saturday at 4:15 p.m., a woman was loading her vehicle at the Pueblo Sam’s Club when a white pickup truck pulled up beside her.
According to Pueblo PD, a man exited the passenger side of the pickup and approached the woman from behind.
The man then grabbed the woman’s purse in an attempt to steal it, but she was able to fight off the would-be thief and keep her purse.
The suspect then fled the scene in the white, Dodge Ram pickup truck. If you recognize the vehicle or have any information related to this incident, you are asked to contact the Pueblo Police Department.
