COLORADO SPRINGS – A fire burning in a concrete storm drain the Rockrimmon area of Colorado Springs is under control Saturday night.
Fire crews responded to the blaze at Anaconda Drive and Tamarron Drive Saturday afternoon. Heavy smoke was visible in the area.
Colorado Springs Fire crews said the fire started in a 6-foot diameter concrete storm drain and spread to some treas nearby. The fire did not affect any grass or structures in the area.
Investigators are on scene working on finding the cause of the blaze.
