COLORADO SPRINGS – Colorado Springs firefighters were called to a home on the 7200 block of Amberly Drive for a house fire around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
When they arrived there was some concern that someone may have been trapped in the basement, but found no one inside.
The flames were quickly brought under control and there were no injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and fire investigators are working to determine what started the blaze.
