LOVELAND – A birthday one could never forget, a baby was born at 18:18 hours on August 18, 2018, at UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland.
The hospital posted the picture of little Luciana on its Facebook page, welcoming her into the world. Luciana is the newborn daughter of Erika Crespin and Derrick Castillo of Greeley.
According to information obtained from reporting partner 9News Denver, Luciana was born nine hours after arriving at the hospital at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Her mother, Erika, thought it was unique her daughter would be born on 8/18/18 but the specific time was a rare coincidence.
8/18/18 is considered a palindrome date, which means the date can be read the same backward or forward. Welcome, Luciana!
