Colorado Springs – The Colorado Springs police are asking for the public’s help in finding an At-Risk-Adult. 27-year old Charles Flynn ran away from his group home at 4000 Fencer Rd.
Flynn is cognitively disabled and functions as an 11 or 12-year-old child. He’s run away several times in the last 18 months and he is actively evading staff. Someone from the staff found him at a 7-Eleven near North Carefree and Academy Blvd. on Monday, but he ran into a nearby apartment complex and they ended up losing him.
