Monday’s rains caused flash flooding up and down the Front Range, including at one of the world’s most iconic concert venues.
The park was scheduled to host a showing of Happy Gilmore as part of its Film on the Rocks series, when the skies opened up, sending rushing water down the rocks and the stairs.
Jay R. Wren, who shot the video, said about 80 percent of the people who came to the event waited the storm out to watch the movie.
"Gotta love Colorado and the people!" Wren said in a Facebook message.
