A 59-year old man is in the hospital with serious life threatening injuries after he was robbed at Vermijo and Wahsatch Friday night.
A BNSF Railroad Agent contacted Colorado Springs police a little before 9 p.m. When police arrived, they found the victim intoxicated and uncooperative. he told officers that someone had stolen all of his cash and taken a knife that he owned.
He was unable to provide any suspect information. Police did a thorough search of the area and couldn’t find anyone that could provide any additional information regarding suspects or witnesses.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released as of yet.
