Pueblo West has a new football coach but La Junta is now searching for a new one.
Through a tweet, La Junta announced that Clint Buderus had left La Junta High School to take over the head coaching position with Pueblo West High School.

News5 Sports confirmed the move of Buderus to take over the Cyclone program.
Pueblo West Athletic Director Jamie Wagner could not be reached for comment on Thursday.
Buderus guided La Junta to a 2A State Championship in 2016. He finished his time with the Tigers with a 35-3 record.
He takes over for Monte Pinkerton who stepped away after 13 seasons as head coach at West.
