The Pueblo man accused of killing Kelsie Schelling will be in court Thursday for preliminary hearing.
25-year-old Donthe Lucas was arrested in December of 2017 and charged with murdering Schelling in 2013.
Now five years after her disappearance, Schelling’s body has yet to be found.
In addition to the murder charge Lucas is facing, he will appear for an aggravated robbery charge stemming from an incident last year in which several members of his family were also arrested.
