Multiple law enforcement agencies are on scene at a home off of State Highway 115, just north of Penrose.
Agencies began responding to the scene just after 8 a.m. Wednesday morning.
On scene are the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Springs Police, as well as federal agents.
The El Paso County Explosives Unit is also on scene.
