Colorado Springs Police have released the name of a man found dead earlier this month along Fountain Creek.
The body of 41-year-old Kevin Lee Liggett was found on April 11 southeast of Las Vegas Street and Tejon Street. Police said Liggett is a Colorado Springs resident.
The cause of death is unknown. Officers described where the body was found as a wooded, marshy area and said the body was severely decomposed.
