COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) says the boy who voluntarily left his home overnight near East San Miguel Street and North Circle Drive has been found safe.
CSPD tweeted Sunday morning "we are happy to report that Nelson Ricky Francesch is safe and back home. We are thankful to everyone in our community for their care and support."
