Stolen Colorado Springs truck found in Pueblo parking lot

A stolen white pick up truck from Colorado Springs is now recovered after a Pueblo police officer noticed someone trying to use black spray paint to change the color of the vehicle at a motel on the north side of the city. 

Missing Mexican Wolf found and being cared for

Some great news from officials from the U.S Fish and Wildlife Service and USDA Wildlife Services. After weeks of trying to find a missing young Mexican Grey Wolf that escaped the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center (CWWC) near Divide, on November 11th, the animal is now captured and being cared for.

Naked man crashes into Aurora apartment building

Six residents of an apartment complex at 8828 East Florida Avenue on Denver’s east side are displaced after a naked man driving a black Nissan Altima crashed into their building at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning. 

Florissant Fossil Bed To Increase Entrance Fees

A Teller County national monument is increasing its entrance fees in 2019. The National Park Service says seven-day passes to the Florissant Fossil Beds will go up to ten-dollars on January 1st. The three-dollar increase will be used by the park service for trails, new visitor exhibits and a new app that’s in the process of being finished.

Judge gives Michael Cohen 3 years in prison

President Donald Trump’s former lawyer has been sentenced to three years in prison. U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III said Wednesday that Michael Cohen deserved a harsh punishment for crimes including tax evasion, lying to Congress and arranging illicit payments to silence women who posed a risk to Trump’s presidential campaign.

Man killed in accidental shooting on Saguaro Drive on December 1st identified

Just before 10 p.m. on December 1st, El Paso County deputies responded to a report of a shooting at a home in the 3600 block of Saguaro Circle. According to the Sheriff’s Office, when deputies arrived they found a deceased victim with a gunshot wound. The El Paso County Coroner has identified the victim as 25-year-old Cesar H. Diaz.
