Here are a few of the events going on around town this weekend.
Spring Sustainability Expo
This Saturday and Sunday there will be a Spring Sustainability Expo at Mitchell High School. The event from 9 am to 4 pm both days will feature shopping, games, pet adoptions, a cat show, seminars, vendors, and more with the ideas of sustainability and responsible pet ownership in mind. The event is free, donations to Garden of the Cats will be appreciated. Find more information here.
Indoor Garage Sale
The 3rd Annual World’s Largest Indoor Garage Sale will be going on this Saturday. You’ll find all kinds of items for sale at the Colorado Springs Event Center from 9 am to 4 pm without having to drive from garage to garage! Admission will be $3 at the door, cash only. Find more information here.
Colorado Springs Home Show
Hotel Elegante will host the Colorado Springs Home Show this weekend. From 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and 11 am to 4 pm on Sunday the conference center will have representatives for everything you could ever want or need for your home. The event is free and so is parking. Find more information here.
Disney on Ice
Disney fun is coming to the Broadmoor World Arena this weekend as Disney on Ice presents “Worlds of Enchantment”. The show will feature your Disney favorites from Cars, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story, Frozen, and more. There will be six chances to check out the show Friday – Sunday. Tickets start at $23.
